Penny had to face her own fears about struggling with love and intimacy years ago. Through her own trauma, addictions, health issues, and recovery from drugs, she has learned multiple holistic approaches to help you move through your own personal journey. 

Her passions include being in nature, family, photography, play, travel, witnessing women transform, synchronicities, and self-love.

Penny has a true Passion to help other women find their inter power and become their true, authentic selves. She believes in a holistic approach. She offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can come to heal and transform, to find what makes your soul sing, and enjoy life.
